Abstract
A 7-month-old male child, a product of non-consanguineous marriage, firstborn, full-term delivery by LSCS. There is no history suggestive of antenatal exposure to radiation or drugs. The child had a normal birth cry (birth weight of 3 kilograms) with no meconium aspiration or respiratory distress. On local examination, there is hypertrophy of the whole of the right lower limb and hypertrophied deformed digits of the foot. A diagnosis of Hemihypertrophy of the right lower limb was made.
